Please note our sales conditions that have been in place since 2007, if you do not put a deposit on a horse we will not hold it for you, deposits are not refundable if you simply change your mind but are deductable from original price, if you pay a horse off you will be required to pay agistment.

* A $500 non refundable deposit is required on all sales over $1000
* A $100 non refundable deposit is require on all sales under $1000
* Terms are available to approved parties only
* Horse must be paid for in full prior to leaving the property
* Agistment will be charged at $7 per day once horse is paid for in full (unless not paid in full within 4 weeks) until removed from property. This does NOT include: training, or show preparation - $POA for this.
